Paris Hilton sex tape site shut down
Paris Hilton sex tape site shut down by a federal jurdge. The federal judge issued a temporary restraining order against the website selling the viewing rights to Paris’ former possessions
It was first reported by TMZ that Bardia Persa acquired a storage locker filled with Paris Hilton’s possessions for $10 million after an unknown buyer acquired them at a storage facility’s auction. Persa is the alleged creator of the website under fire, parisexposed.com, where visitors can pay a fee (about $40) to view the personal materials. The restraining order has shut down Paris Hilton sex tape site for now.
The materials include confidential medical information as well as photos and videos showing the heiress engaging in sexual acts and illegal drug use, the report said. Hilton’s Social Security number, address book, photo albums and journals are all included in the collection of her belongings.
Hilton’s legal eagle, Howard Weitzman, has filed suit against Persa for invasion of privacy and copyright infringement.
Persa is due in court Feb. 16 to attempt to get the injunction lifted, TMZ reported
