Manure smelling beer

There is the new beer available on the Orkney islands of Scotland – The Stone Age beer. The brewing company prepared this kind of beer according to the old recipes, brought back to the modern light with the help of historians. The scientists found the ruins of the alehouse which was working 5 thousand years ago. One of the scientists said the beer was rather tasty even it was brewed in the earthenware pottery with the vestiges of dried manure. The scientists examined the ground underneath the huts of the settlement of Skara Bre of Late Stone Age and discovered drainage and traces of alcohol made of the cereal there.
